We made the mistake of going with lumio over other quotes we had gotten, the price was a little cheaper and they had made promises (incentives)that we still have not gotten, not to mention all the solar payments we have paid, for a solar system that is sitting on our roof (since November)as decorations because they sure arent saving ** money ,we still have our ****** electric bill we have to pay as well. I work in the solar industry, the company I work for does not operate in the state I reside, so was excited to have someone in my area offering Solar. Already being aware of the taxes incentive and how it worked, knowing the condition of my roof, I had the plan figured before their arrival. The sale went about as smoothly as it could have gone. This company *****. My solar is still not fully installed. They don't communicate. Been waiting over a year still. Absolutly terrible wouldn't recommend at all.
Made a huge mistakeI was told I would get the Federal Tax credit .. (all this info before the Mosaic documents arrived)No tax credit.Im paying Mosaic for panels,paying Duke energy a monthly fee.I was paying less for power before solar panels DONT LET LUMIO SELL YOU ANYTHING, its a scam.I keep calling A.W. (salesmans) cell number, he never replies! I am so disappointed and I hope someday **** is confronted and understands what he has done,I trusted your words ********* :(
Truly the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with a contractor. 1) The project was paid for in October 2022. It is now May 2023 and the solar STILL has not been turned on because 2) The Lumio team broke the law and installed the Lumio Solar switch within the Puget Sound Energy box which 3) made PSE shut down the entire project and 4) They still have not corrected this, multiple months later. I havre had a terrible experience. Not only did they install my panels and not finish the hook up or inform me there were more steps to complete to get up and running. They also turned on the panels which caused my bill to go even higher according to ***. the *** guy said that because they did this it is making my bill go even higher and should only be turned on when system is working which it was not for at least 5 months after install which I already was paying for the panels to not be working. To Say I am highly disappointed is a understatement. Back in Sept 2022 we thought we would be getting a BIG break with our light bill by having Solar Panels installed. I should have went with my gut telling me don't trust these people. Not only have we had nothing but problems, our solar panels are not even working we have had them on the house since FEB they have not even been wired correctly to our house. On top of that we are PAYING for the loan already 200 dollars a MONTH along with a LIGHT BILL. Lumio please tell me how... read more
