This company is a riot. First they gave me a price of $49,483.66 total cost including financing. That was for a roof, solar & a 200 amp breaker. Then they called me & let me know I didn't need one...they took the $5000 breaker out of the package & had me sign papers which I found out today added $10000 to my final with financing I call Goodleap & find out since then the total has grown to $64000. 4 months after install, I still don't have a system that has passed inspection. I have worked with the sales **** ******** service rep with no resolve. They failed to follow up or follow through. Stay clear of this company. I am concerned that I might have been scammed.

******** came to my house and fraudulently created a signed lease after I had them check my lease financing using Sunnova. Hard to cancel lease and salesman never shows up again.

Lumio... Just like other comments here. They can never finish the install, it's been since December 2022 now the end of April. Called a hand full of times and haven't heard anything back. This company is a catch 22 and would rather leave you in the dark. I'm now pondering and curious about legally going after the company. Your junk is on my roof only deflecting sun light. ??

I am still waiting for my solar system to be turned on. Even though my payments have started the system hasn't passed inspection. I was told I would be receiving a ******* to pay for the first three months, but have not yet seen a dime. I was recently told that I had to prove to them that I qualify (I already did that) and I have sent them a copy of my first bill. This Company is terrible. Worst experience ever. They installed our Solar Panels back in October 2022 and we are now in April 2023 and still our Solar panels are not up and running. We are paying 2 bills PG&E and our Solar bill and have yet to receive reimbursement. What company does this? Oh wait, Lumio does. Would never refer anyone to this company.

Worst company. Liars, deceivers. Salespeople tell you whatever they can to make a sale and then when you call about promises they made about issues you discussed when purchasing its the salesmans word against yours. Never use this company!!!!! Untimely, unprofessional, do nothing but s**** people over but once the panels are on your roof its too late.

Sales team was great. After that the entire experience has been a train wreck. Originally they were going to upgrade my breaker panel, move the new one inside, and add solar panels within 3 months. 10 months later they finally install the panels, upgrade my breaker but didnt move it inside the garage. Im also left with over 20 solar panels they abandoned in my garage that apparently were wrongly delivered to my house. They refuse to pick them up.
