I found a last minute appointment last night as I needed an emergency all over color to fix my bleach experiment, and Katrina took great care of me. She covered the gross yellow hair I walked in with and made a vibrant light brown I love. I'm myself again, but a little different :)

Staff are well-trained to do their job, i.e. color your hair. Unfortunately, the store is not well-maintained. It's dirty and untidy - it feels a bit gross. Most of the staff are not friendly or concerned about customer service. I've had to wait and hunt someone down to check out every time I've been there. Very happy with color, tho!

I've been to many different locations and this one is the best! Especially the colorist Steven! He takes his time to understand what is best for your hair!

I went today to do my roots and to repair the damage that the other colorist did to my hair. Nelly made a miracle!! I am very happy with the result I didn't thank you enough NELLY you are great!!

The the most pleasant hour and a half I spend once a month at Madison Reed. I am thrilled with the service. I love the color if there's something that I don't like they fix it it's just incredible. I feel like $1 million I have joined the club, and I am a big fan, the operators are terrific and I recommended to one and all.
