He was helpful and tried to reset our Ford Pass He was truly interested in the issues I was having. The only thing is he said he would set up an appt for me for the recall and my clock issue and Ford Pass issue but I never heard from anyone. I'm busy during the day so to have Ford reach out to me for an appt would be ideal.
Josh was great answered all my concerns and treated me very well and communication was excellent

The man was very kind, competent at his job, nice, and polite; he was a pleasure to deal with—the kind of person who knows what they’re doing and always delivers excellence. I just remember He was yellow hair and blue eyes, very humble and very kind I liked his personality. He wasn't racist or arrogant. So nice I felt comfortable.
