Solid, communicative. They did the work I needed and didn't try to add on a bunch of extra stuff.
They had the best price online, and they didn't have any unexpected add-ons. Nicolas was super transparent and easy to talk to. I typically don't like dealerships, and It was truly a refreshing experience.

Backup camera system broke, ordered parts, waited to get it fixed It's fixed now ??
Check-in was easy promise to have my vehicle back in two days and it was delivered early in the morning on the second day I was outstanding service

I had a 9 AM appointment. I was in the place almost 3 hours after I sign in and never got to speak to anyone until time to pay for my bill. I wasn’t gave a breakdown of what was actually done during the tuneup. I know it cost $104 and what was on the website was not what I got. I like coming to Ford but it’s a total different set of people there now I thought that would be an improvement. I’ll still always deal with Ford. I like Ford dealerships.
