Marvin always takes care of our warranty and recalls, he understands our needs as a car dealer and has partnered with us to get FORD vehicles repaired so they can be sold to the consumers. There are FORD dealers closer to our location, but pass them by to get to Marvin. Other dealers treat us as a retail customer and instead of working together, it feels like there is friction and push back trying to have repairs under warranty, they would rather find a reason to say "NO" or point a finger and shift the blame.
