No follow up from two different people within the service department. I could not recommend this dealer for service to anyone.

Every time I come there you tell me there is something 'wrong' with my car. Every February I need a new spark plug, literally been getting new spark plugs every year only to find out they only need to be replaced every 100k miles. I work from home and don't drive nearly that much. Also was told I needed new brakes, despite your very own dealership replacing ALL of them 3 months prior. They did not diagnose my car correctly, I still have the same issue, and they want me to pay for a compressor that should be under warranty because they messed up! I'm actually preparing to report to BBB

We bought a brand new car from them. To get a response on the phone is difficult. They do not respond and do not call back. Our car was multiple times in the shop but they could not fix the proble, Finally they stated their service department is a separate legal entity from the sales dealership. We should bring the car to the sales dealership. The sales dealership sent us back to that service department.
