Over the years I've hated buying new cars and dealing with the long waits, negotiations and overall process. It was very refreshing to deal with the folks at Mall of Georgia Ford. Totally different experience than other Ford dealer; no bait and switch; price discussed was the price agreed and the time on the lot was 1/2 of the other dealer.

HAPPILY PURCHASED 2013 FORD F-150 SUPERCREW FX4 AND 2013 FORD EDGE! I have been in discussion with Dale Lawrence at MOGF and in search for a Ford F-150 for a while. I am very picky about my vehicles and i knew exactly what I wanted. I have attempted to trade/purchase with other Ford Dealers that are closer to my hometown. I visited MOGF with the intentions of purchasing a new F150. Andrew had contacted me based on some information that I had input on their website while searching their inventory. I went to Toyota Mall of Georgia and Rick Hendrick's Chevrolet and test drove the Tundra and the Silverado. I had previously tested the Ram 1500 from Hayes. This my second purchase of a vehicle at Mall of Georgia Ford and I could not be happier with my overall experience. The staff worked hard to get me the vehicle I was looking for and helped me get it at a price I was comfortable with. They even went to another dealer to find the exact color with the options I wanted. I would recommend Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking for a delaership they can trust.

I've been doing my research for a 2013 Explorer for quite a while. I knew the features that I wanted and the features that were optional / not required. I visited several dealerships and spoke with other dealerships before talking with Tom at Mall of Georgia Ford. Tom went out of his way to answer my emails within 20 minutes of my sending them...at night! You will be treated like family (in a good way) No smarmy attitude, no BS--just honest appraisal of your situation, your trade-in's worth and what ways they can help you finance a car that is not out of your budget. There were no pushes to buy something that I could not afford. I respect that.

MOGF has given me good service since 2004 when I purchased my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. James Duran did an excellent job in helping me decide to move to a new vehicle and the 2013 Ford Fusion is perfect for me.
