Had an appointment for a simple oil change. It took over 2 hours. Handed my key fob and I asked why it took so long, "we're busy on Fridays." Well, then don't keep so many appointments open. It caused me to miss another appointment that day. No concern on the employees at all. I will not be back. Block appointments that show available, if you can't meet satisfactory turn arounds. Only 2 chairs with laptop tables remaining in waiting area, time for a refresh.

The staff was friendly but I am not sure how my car passed inspection they rave about. Within a few days of buying my car I noticed the wire connection for the rear defrost was not attached to the window. The first time I used my wipers the passenger wiper fell off and the wiper arm was broken. My car did not come with a jack. Triple check everything and don’t be rushed if buying a car from here.

This is the second time I brought my vehicle in for service. The first time they could not duplicate the issue. So, this time I drove the vehicle directly to the service center while it was experiencing the issue. I also explicitly told the service writer not to turn off the vehicle because it will clear the issue. Unsurprisingly, we received a message that they could not duplicate the issue. Amazing!! I have a “we owe” with them to fix the 4c4 system in a truck I purchased and have been trying to schedule to bring it in since its 1hr away from me. I keep getting told that someone will contact me but I have not gotten a call, email or text message yet. It has been one month and still nothing. I just hope they stick to their word but so far I will keep my review as 2 stars.

Service has been inconvenient and unacceptable. Took my car for oil change & tire rotation. Came back making noise! Took it back and was told struts needed replacing. Was told they may have been knocked loose during tire rotation. Scheduled appointment for the following week. Part on backorder. Waisted trip. Now told the part won't be in until January. Noone called me. I had to call! I'm so over this.

Worked with me at first to get the deal I requested. Overall Ford advertisement doesn’t match in store deal. Felt like false advertisement. In store personnel was helpful. Don’t like the extra finance room deals. I want everything handled by the time I go into the finance room to sign. That dampers the deal excitement.

Every experience I have had with this dealership has been progressively slower and more disappointing. Nobody calls when the trucks are ready, no porters ever show up to shuttle us, and nobody seems to care that time is of the essence.
