Lies. Deceit. Unprofessionalism. The worst I’ve ever seen. Thanks for reminding me to hit up BBB, Yelp, FB, etc. I’ve bought two trucks there but I’m not sure anymore. The service department and the dealership are the same company. I have a scandalous story.

I always take my Raptor service there. I had a warranty issue with incorrectly installed bumper part from the factory and I had to go there 3 times to get an answer from Head tech. He accused me and the selling dealer without any solid proof the bumper was removed and repaired. He had no freaking idea how 2024 Raptor bumper looks like and the bumper was painted. I needed four new tires. I called and Brian told me the bottom line on the tires and the price of an alignment. I was in and out in about in hour and a half. I expected to have had an alignment done. I did say okay to the alignment three times. Once the day before when I was told that I would probably need an alignment I said okay. He looked at my blown out tire in my trunk he said yes you need an alignment I said okay. Was charged $400 for something I dont think was the issue, the front windshield. They had it for multiple days but never said where on the windshield was the leak

I recently visited for an oil change and clearly communicated the service I needed. Upon completion, I noticed an additional charge for something I did not request or authorize. When I addressed the issue with the gentleman who assisted me, he provided a coupon, but it didn’t fully cover the cost of the unauthorized charge. I felt Mall of Georgia was a great pick for me in the past. I always got my oil changed and felt they were honest. I had a leaky front right tire. Had my oil changed and was told my tires were rotated just like usual, however, shortly after my tire pressure low light came on . It was my right front tire. So no they did not rotate my tires! I am very sad over the fact that I was deceived!

Horrible experience and I’ll never return. My vehicle remained over 2 weeks. Each day, I had to call for updates awhile getting the runaround along with no sense of urgency of the major inconvenience to me. When I finally got my car after much demanding, I didn’t receive even an apology.

I picked up my car because it sat there for 3 days with no one looking at it. & no one calling to update me. I will not return to this dealership. They set appointments & let the car sit for days. This was the 3rd bad experience I had.
