I'm not sure if this is a fake review site or not. It's difficult for me to believe all these 5 star reviews are legitimate. We used Mall of Georgia Ford until our maintenance contract expired and said, "Never again." I'm seriously trying to think of a time where the experience was anything but onerous and a chore. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my Ford car after having it for 3 weeks.
Dishonest and will say anything to get the sale but then not keep their word. We bought a used vehicle that they acknowledged has an issue. Told it would be fixed and then delivered but it wasn’t and we were lied to. Local dealership told us what was wrong with it, and we were assured by yalll that it would be resolved but given a runaround.

Typical sneaky dealer trying to add on nonsense charges, bought vehicle 10,300 car for 12000 out the door, tax was 750 the rest was nonsence
The salesman did not follow through and I felt I was misled by on the features of the vehicle. I will never be back to this particular Ford dealership

I am a very unsatisfied, disappointed, loyal, long time customer. This will be the very last time I use this service. I am being charged out of pocket for services that should have been fixed at the original time of service. I have been without my only form of transportation for a week. It makes me sad because I normally have outstanding service, however this horrible experience will keep me from returning,

Received terrible service from this location. My vehicle has been sitting for almost 2 months now because the service department cannot correctly diagnose my vehicle and simply don’t care! They worked on my car 3 times keeping it 30 days or more each time and still didn’t fix it. I reached out to management and was ignored. I took my truck here because the engine light came on. The engine light was on for a minor issue and they told me I had to replace the whole engine. They are such a scam. Don't take your car here for a repair because you'll be told that you'll need a whole new engine when it's only a sparkplug. Such a Scam
