The service department will try to convince you to have unnecessary repairs done to your vehicle. We needed an AC Freon recharge and they tried to convince us to replace the condenser core for $3000. I refilled it myself three weeks ago for $100 and no problems ever since. I submitted a 1 star review about a week ago and received an email from the service department, asking me to call them immediately to discuss this matter. We had our vehicle in early this month (approx July 7)for AC recharge. The service advisor told me that we needed to purchase a new condenser for $3000 as the current one was leaking. I took the car home and refilled the Freon myself. No drop in pressure since then. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, but this last service was the worst. I’m not going to get all negative but some commons sense could’ve made the experience way better. First it took forever for someone to contact me and let me know that the tire was causing the major issue. Bad service hard to communicate they never answer the phone. When they answer they told me nobody is available They keek my truck for two days and when I ask they told me they don't have the parts. The dealer keep my truck for nothing (was for 3 recalls )

After performing a complete front brake, the caliper was left loose and I had to towed my car after finding about it while driving in the highway.
