The service writer wouldn't make me an appointment. He just kept saying bring it back. Then he argued with me about the problem.

I dropped my truck off for a recall to replace the windshield. Truck was returned dirty on the inside. I had to wipe down the seats and the dash and running boards. They were covered in dust and finger prints from the dust you get in a body shop. The windshield washer fluid was disconnected during the repair. It was not reconnected. I had to do it myself. Dealership did the bare minimum when they sold me this car and even left out some very important information before, during, and after the sale. They never told me it would take 2 weeks after closing the deal before I could come pick up the car. They knew this because, as it was explained to me, there have been instances where people have driven off with the car and the bank ended up not funding the deal. Scheduled service for a warranty repair. Took off work. Had a friend follow me so I could leave the vehicle. They told me sorry but they have 20 in front of me and won’t be able to get to it. Why they couldn’t call me the day before I’ll never know. Very aggravating and a waste of a day. Not going back if this is how they care.

The service center was excellent, I wish the dealership could be the same, my unfortunate experience with salesman and finance dept is recommended. This is my account on what Mall of Georgia Ford did to my preorder. They had no idea what was wrong with my car after they had for a week they called and said come and pick it up it is running fine and that the couldn't find anything wrong I came and got the car and it was running the same way I gave it to them they don't know what they are doing

Was never called by the dealer in 9 weeks to tell me they could not get Ford parts for repair. When I towed my vehicle to another service center they told me the problem was worse than original story. The other facility had it fixed in 2 weeks and charged half of my Ford dealers quote. Never again Ford.
