Horrible service they never even looked at the car. Said it needed more work MK never helped me at all. Would never recommend the service department

By far the worst service experience I have had after owning three Ford vehicles in my lifetime this department in particular does nkt have it’s act together at all. One example, I am still waiting weeks later for a call back…

Rushed me through the process,didn’t explain the paperwork, sold me a vehicle with features not working ,not cleaned, when asked about my experience I told them the brakes were squeaking and the rear view camera wasn’t functioning at all I was told it’s a used car and it’s not there fault. Manager told me he’ll refer me to a place to fix the stuff at a discount rate but never called back. DO NOT USE MALL OF GA FORD UNLESS YOU WANT A xxx OR TO DIE!! My husband and I found a cute 2015 Dodge Dart with low miles at Mall of GA Ford. We negotiated the price via text with a lady named Denisa and confirmed a time we could come test drive. This dealership is about 45 minutes away and with gas $4/gallon, we didnt want to waste our time. Everything went ok, although I thought they were a little too non-Chalant, once they got my check, your finance guy did not remember who I was a customer you just drop $36K. No follow up, nothing.
