Went to go get my 2002 truck checked out and asked them to do a wheel alignment and change the dif fluid. After the high price of the quote they no longer wanted to change the dif fluid. Took my buisness elsewhere

Dealership is cool, either under staffed or staff that is there isn’t really in their job. I was suppose to get a call back about a recall. Never got it months went I by and I went in. Dealership told two days for my truck ended having it 5-6 days and whoever was helping was not replying back to the text in time nor do they have loaners. Wasn’t pleased at this location like I am at others

After four visits for the same thing, they could not fix my car. They were always lacks in, turning around and timely manner as well.

I frankly speaking, they are just liars. They did not give service and I feel every word service advisor was lie and they stole my)$1000: They are not realable and I don’t mind helping someone who goes to Mall of Georgia Ford. Do not trust Patrick service advisor.

Bought a brand new 2023 Ford F-150 Platinum edition from this dealership. The A/C does not work properly and the dealership won’t fix it. They tried twice and just simply gave up. They told me FORD headquarters are working on the issue and in the meantime there is NOTHING they can do. So here I am stuck with a pretty expensive truck with a malfunctioning A/C.

I sat for 4 hours after I was told my service person would come out to greet me She was not told I had arrived and it took another 45 min before my car was ready. Then, the paper and plastic was left in my car after my service and finally... my car was blocked in and I couldn't leave for 10 minutes after my keys were returned.

They purposely covered issues with car that I didn’t discover until I signed all paperwork and tried to crank the car the following day.
Service advisor not too informed about service specs. Recommended service that wasn't necessary. Tried to upsell everything. Took forever to get my car back while waiting. Probably never going back.
