I had to edit my review due to my first and only service experience. I made an appointment last week for 10:00 today. I pulled into the dealership and looked everywhere for signs for the service drive. After circling my car through the lot I parked and went in. I was then told the service department is in a totally different building behind the dealership.....for some reason they chose to put the directory sign for parts/service as you are leaving. I went in for a paint protection service, & now my hood looks noticeably worse. It has large “brush-like” strokes that are too visible. I gave it time to settle, but the stroke marks have remained! And the paint has dulled down considerably. I’m not sure what all was done, but it looked better before I took it in. Now I’m left looking for a corrective paint job from SOMEWHERE!

Always issues here, went to pick my car up and they couldn’t find it waited 20+ minutes I don’t understand how you loose a car! I always call to follow up on my parts on order to see if they have come in. I have had my Bronco a little over a year and this is the 2nd time my sunroof has been worked on.

I feel that I was taken for a ride. They charged me over $1200 dollars for a job that would have cost a whole lot less. I am not using them again. Bye.

This location has poor communication. They take up to 48 hours for simple diagnostics basically meaning my car is just sitting there for days until they can get around to it. And now I’ve been waiting for 5 days still with no word for an AC check. This is a poorly ran service center.

My entire wheels was about to fall off on a 2018 Platinum Expedition. They have no care about the safety of their cars. They are not accommodating.at all. Will never buy a Ford again.

Brian said we needed a new control unit for our heating and cooling system in our 2012 Edge, which cost almost $1,500. All that was needed was the control unit had to be rebooted. Thank goodness for one of your salesmen.

They are terrible, I had my engine go out in my used car after a month of having it. And the only thing they did was try and sell me a brand new car twice the amount of the used car and twice the amount of a car payment I needed. They didn’t care about anything else only in selling me a new car. Didn’t offer any other way of helping me.
