3500 dollars and the tires appear completely out of balance…still. Steering wheel want to shimmy out of my hands at highway speeds. Very disappointing.

Well, here's one I was very interested in looking for a used or possibly new Ford Edge 2022 . This is my 2nd owned Ford Escape and I am looking for a new retirement vehicle so I love the Ford Edge and I was seriously considering the 2022 Edge, no fair deals for a loyal customer like myself. I went over to look on Mon. Jan. 31, 2022. I know prices have increased, but PLEASE!! u would think some breaks for old faithful customers like myself would mean something.😒

forgot to tighten my oil filter on my gt350 and it was leaking oil. They "fixed" it but it kind of ruined my sat. Honestly, i have three fords i bring here and there is almost always some issue. Nothing really major just annoying.

It took over 2 hours to simply buy cash our leased car after the last payment! A little long in my opinion and they really pushed their $3000 extended Car warrant and I only had 11,000 miles on my car. I of course I declined it! I saved $14,000 over purchasing a new vehicle. They no longer make Fusions so since I love my 2019 with low miles it was a no brained!

Very disappointed with MOG Ford. MOG Ford replaced the clutch in my Mustang. Recently the pedal didn't feel right, so I attempted to contact the service advisor via phone and email see when I could drop off the vehicle. No response. Contacted another service advisor 3 days later and dropped off the vehicle on Sunday night. New diagnosis was the clutch needed to be replaced. I stopped to see if they could check a noise my car was making. The service advisor said no and that I could leave the vehicle overnight and they might get to it the next day. I asked if they had a rental since my husband was out of town. He said no. He then very rudely said “don’t you have any friends?” I got in my car and left. I won’t go back.

Mall Of Georgia Ford service and parts do not care about there customers. I was sold a defective part (which has been warranties or refused pick up 5 times) and refuses to return my money. I’ve since had to buy another part from a different manufacturer to fix my truck. Pretty sure the positive review on here are paid or fake. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I didn't want to leave a review because I had a horrible experience at this dealer, but I keep being harrassed with messages to leave one. I bought a brand new truck from this dealer and it was having an issue with the inforainment less than 3 months later. I brought the car to this dealer and they did a check and told me to bring it back because I told them this is the only vehicle I had. Made an appointment for an oil leak and to do my 50,000 service for a Saturday morning. Dropped my truck off Friday afternoon with the service advisor. I called Saturday morning to ask about status of the oil leak and was told that they don’t do that on saturdays. Nowhere did they mention that - or tell me that. Awful service.
