I went to dealership to have a recall repaired and have them look at my transmission. I was told it would be at least 2-3 wks before they could get my car in. I bought it brand new in November and only has 9946 miles on it. Was told I would get a call to schedule when service had a chance to “fit” me in. As of today I have not received any calls. I did call today at 3:15 with no response .
The process to purchase the Bronco for my daughter took longer than I expected. The Financing in my opinion pulled one over on me at a 6.9 interest rate. I was not told the rate until after signing.
Lack of communication between service advisor and customer. Not returning calls. The recommended repair did not fix or address the issue reported. Costly repair without any indication it was needed.

Starting to have some minor changes in the behavior of my transmission. Was told I would have to leave it for 2-3 weeks to have someone look at it. It was on a lift. They wouldn’t even look for a leak and check the fluid level. Was told bringing it back in 2 weeks was not an option. Very disappointing. Have been doing business here for 7 years. Everyone that I knew here in service is gone.

They lie to me about my car. They keep telling me it was my rotor and calipers was messed up. I went there 3 times to get it fixed and nothing was ever done properly. When I trade my car in at a VW store the sales guy tried to buy my truck that I traded in. He brought it back to Mall of GA Ford. They told him not to buy that truck because it had transmission issues. But they told me A completely different story. Bunch of xxxxxxxx! They rip you off. You ask for a service to be done because you know something needs to be fixed and they say no it’s ok, it doesn’t need to be fixed. 3 months later you have to pay almost $3k because they have to fix now the part that was supposed to be changed 3 months ago.

I told my sale guy I live in an apartment and I have a delivery business. Either he didn’t listen or didn’t care. I was told it takes roughly 30 mins to charge, it’s 3X’s that amount, even in 50% at a fast charge. I was told, I’d only see $4-$5 difference charging at my apartment. We just got our bill, it’s $300 more and that’s not even charging under 50%, for only 7 days total. The car does what it suppose to do, the salesperson DROPPED the ball. I don’t feel heard, I feel taken advantage of for a sale.
