I bought my certified pre owned car 3 months ago. The service department has had it 2 of those months, once for the moonroof and now for a transmission issue. No one at Mall of GA Ford seems bothered by these facts or has tried to make the situation a little more tolerable by getting me in a rental car. I regret buying a car from this dealership and I would not recommend anyone else do so.

I have used them exclusively over the last 10+ yrs. service has been good until recently. I took my truck in for general service and the checked and or changed my air filter. They left the clips off and this caused my air intake to be open after the filter. A few weeks later my check engine light came on and it was my catalytic converter causing issues. We were not greeted . We had to look for help. The waiting area was disarrayed. Only coffee was offered. Toilet seat was dangerously loose. D+

You asked for a review - so here it is. I thinks it's You asked for a review - so here it is. I thinks it's ridiculous that Ford sent a recall notice regarding brake line failure in Sept 2020 and still had not gotten the parts to fix the problem. I'm starting to think it's some kind of scam. It's been almost a year now and I'm considering contacting Federal Consumer Affairs and the FTC. Something is wrong with you people!

I would leave ZERO stars or less if I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!! Even the sales MANAGERS care nothing about CUSTOMERS or Customer Service. Its sad that people are willing to spend thousands of dollars with you and you cannot even offer that one thing that is FREE for everyone. When they speak with you, you can tell you are just a number with a paycheck. I have worked in Customer Service for years and I would never be able to get away with the carelessness of the employees ... read more

Not satisfied with the service as it relates to the diagnosis and remedy. Paid over $500 to solve an issue with a check engine light. One day after receiving the car back the check engine light returned. Made a subsequent appointment to recheck. Diagnosis was an additional estimate of $2500 to repair. Not satisfied

Will never use ever again. I did not appreciate the way I was talked to by mr. sterling. I did not like how my car was handled. I then was told serval time the ptu went out because of tire tread. I had another mechanic take a look once I got my car back. The ptu didn’t go bad because of tired tread. It went bad due to a bad seal. You people must be hurting for money so bad that you tried to convince me that my tired tread cause a part to go bad! Well news flash I’m not some dumb xxxxx that you can tell whatever to.

The service center ruined my lug nuts when they changed my brakes, when I reported this I was basically blown off. Customer service is lacking at this location. I won't be returning!
