If I could give this dealership a -100 it would be giving them too much credit. They had me run my credit before I came, then, when I got there and I specifically told them who I wanted to go through for financing(I was buying out my lease), without my permission they had other companies do hard inquiries on my credit and then they tried to say by law they could do that. So when I asked for what law that was, crickets. So now I’m fighting hard inquiries on my credit and I still ended up going with the finance company I lease... read more
Sorry but your company has not been honest when we needed our vehicle repaired. We were also told that Ford Company did not have anything to do with dealerships.

Purchase of our lease vehicle; charged doc fee a second time; no negotiating with us to keep our business; we left; no longer a customer of MOGF.
No communication, did not return calls despite me leaving messages. The dealership drove my car 30 miles to diagnose a minor squeak, which they did not hear.

I had an appt and dropped off my vehicle for work that would take 3 to 4 hours. I walked to some nearby stores rather than wait in the lobby the whole time. When I returned 3 hours later I find that my vehicle was yet to be worked on because I was not waiting in the lobby. The rep did expedite the work and 2 hours later I was able to drive 3 hours home. So what is the purpose for an appointment if you will not work on the vehicle unless you are standing there. I have purchased 3 of my last Ford vehicles from this dealership ... read more

I had ordered a mustang Mach e and they were terrible working with me on a trade!! The sales manager was very dishonest!! They kept trying to give me my refund back. I was not happy! The sales man was nice enough. It was NOT a happy experience! I got my car and got out of there!! I had to set up everything at home!! Susan Bagley

This service center is struggling. Techs troubleshot my truck for two weeks before directing me to another service center for parts. I’d call for an update and wouldn’t hear back from a rep for 24hrs. They may be capable of handling oil changes with no issues but their workflow with more technical issues needs to improve.

Awful help. I needed new brakes after buying a used 2017 car from them and they assured me the brakes were fine. After taking it to 2 different mechanics both said they needed replaced like yesterday. So after calling the dealership with this info they just flat out said they weren’t going to do anything about it.

If your car is new they can help you, if it is an oil change or alignment they are specialists ... but if your Ford is a challenge, 7 years old or more, they will be complicated with bad diagnoses, bad repairs, they will not find the root cause of the problem, they will conveniently blame and insult your car (ignoring that they themselves built "that garbage") and they will only care if you pay a fortune, do not receive a guarantee, repeat payments for more bad diagnoses and more bad repairs and of course, close the mouth ..... read more
