Schedule an appointment for check engine light. I told service rep that it should be covered under the extended warranty. She asked if I had the warranty paperwork. I said it should be in the system. Sat there for an hour then she tells me they can’t get to it today. I asked if she checked my warranty she said no. I called Billy Cain Ford in commerce made an appointment and they were awesome, no issues over warranty. I will never deal with Mall of GA Ford and I will advise others not to go there.

I am disappointed and discouraged about bringing my truck back for any service. Before I brought my truck in for an oil change it was quiet. After the oil change my truck is clicking and clacking, rough idling.

Car was mine. Signed contract. $1000 down. They lied. Dinged credit 14x. Car later repossessed at my home. Had to demand trade in/money back.

Would not go to the service center at all. The sales department was amazing. Rude service when I brought attention to a mistake that they admitted that they made. I asked to speak with a manager who apologized but the problem unfortunately was not fixable and all they could say was sorry.. I’ve been to numerous afore dealers around and the service venter was the worst. I will drive out of my way to go to another Ford Service center.

My new Mustang has a problem but the mechanic didn’t fix it because he said he never felt my transmission to neutralize. So every other day my car neutralizes for 5 seconds and then it runs.

Andy was my sales person. He did an excellent job, excellent customer service. By the guy who did the financial paperwork he totally put in a hole of 8k. Sorry but this is the reality. When a customer ask you what is the FINAL TOTAL please add the down payment too...

Repair took nearly two weeks to complete. Follow/communication up was poor. Choose another service facility if you need your vehicle repaired in a reasonable period of time.

I love my car, but I wish I went somewhere else to get the service done. I was over charge for labor (over $1000) just to put a small part that cost a little over $23.

I am currently trying to buy a 2020 Jeep Rubicon from John Fike (not sure of the spelling) and I was told by the Georgia Ford Mall finance team that I am not allowed to purchase the Jeep with cash and that I can only purchase it if I finance through them at 4.79%. I talked to my friend at Duval Ford of Jacksonville about this because my credit score is 781 and I qualify for 3% interest and he told me that it is 100% not true that a vehicle can be finance only and that Georgia Ford Mall is trying to scam me.
