Oil stains on my upholstery and scratch on the outside of driver's door. Would upload pictures if this survey allowed. Disappointed. Normally I am very satisfied. The mechanic who was assigned this last time seemed to not care.

Although they were very nice and friendly. They didn’t fix my problem with my car or even make it right. Or give me a reason to come back, in all honestly. The only reason I would go back is because I know it’s a part from the dealer and it should be a good as new part. Other than that they charged me for apart they thought would fix my problem and when it didn’t they made me pay for it . We where using them for fleet and personal vehicles . Service has become slow , confusing, and they damaged my f450 king ranch and refused to fix.

Very poor personal skills at this location. Long wait times for help with only three customers in the building. Now I’m so glad that I didn’t buy my Explorer Sport from them. I would not refer anyone to this dealership.
