I was told the car goes through a full detailed inspection and nothing was wrong with it. I messaged the dealership because I noticed a problem with it 2 days later. They did nothing to help me out. I bought a $50,000 used truck from them not $1,500 car. I guess shady dealerships come in all shapes and sizes. I came to find out later they actually done “work” to the truck before I bought it and had “fixed” the problem I was having. The rep I worked with named Pete never called me back after supposedly ordering my new key fob and key. it’s been more than 2 months now since I visited the Ford location.

Service department needs quality control. Every time I take my vehicle in for warranty work, they break something else. Techs are extremely careless and refuse to treat other peoples property with respect. First time, I brought in my vehicle to swap out the front camera, they installed a lower quality front cam. I insisted they fix it, they ordered the correct cam, installed it, and let the driver side door hit a red solid object in the shop. People were super nice but i was given one price on the online appraisal and when i arrived to trade in was told it was actually $12,000 less than what they had said

Brought my truck for recall notice. I was told they do not do the recall on trucks in the south…I was called and told we need rear break pads…I went ahead and over paid for them. I was shocked my truck would need rear pads before the front pads were changed. 3 days later my truck ran hot and the coolant was empty in the reservoir…They inspected my truck and would have noticed it was empty or they emptied it. The service person was kind, but it took several hours for a oil change! Way to long for this maintenance item.

Staff is friendly, if you can get them on the phone they can be helpful. A few issues I have are, 1) reaching the service department is a pain, you call the number and if no one answers (which is like a 20% chance), the automated message says they can’t answer the phone and hangs up, so you have to keep calling back or try different times; 2) my issue still isn’t fixed on a warranty item, the last answer I got is the software will update between now and end of the year……I guess that is what I have to wait on…….; 3) I have ta... read more

Have a warranty issue that no one seems to want to take seriously. I know it is a rattle but I really didn’t appreciate the idea that it was possibly something I had in my seat. Like I’m not smart enough to have eliminated that as a possibility on my own. I had even shared video of the rattle and you can clearly see there is NOTHING in the seat to rattle.
