This Ford service center used to be great but recently it has had a lot of turnover and the staff is low along with the mechanics. I brought my 2017 F150 in with an engine light on. I scheduled online with the app and the cost to diagnose was $169.00. When I checked it, the advisor said that if you do not have an extended warranty the cost is $199.00. Service department is very poor. Second time I scheduled an appointment and the time was not honored when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes for service staff to acknowledge me and then was told that even though I had an appointment it would be over 2 hours for basic service due to how busy they were. So why make an appointment. I left and went to Akin Ford in winder and they completed service in less than one hour with no appointment.
Terrible service. Made my appointment to bring my car in for a repair a week in advance and requested a rental car since I was told that over the phone that I would need to leave my vehicle for 24-48hrs. I drove 45min to drop my car at 7:30am and as I pulled into the service garage, I was met by an associate and told that there was no rental car available. What a joke of a business this is. I went today with my wife and brother in law looking for a car. After I had the chance to drive the Ford Ranger 2024 I requested something better. (F150). They guy said that will have an appointment but he will ask someone else to help us. He came back a few minutes later saying that all the representatives are busy for the moment. It was 5ish pm. Nobody was there since it was cold. He tried to kick us out. It was unprofessional.
I purchased the 2018 Ford Focus from Mall of Georgia Ford at 55,000 miles for my son. I have had nothing but problems with this car. BBB, AutoLine, Georgia Attorney General Office, the General Manager at Mall of Georgia Ford Mr. Jeffrey Wessels, Ford Customer Service - No one has been able to repair the Focus or replace it. Sold my car to the pre-owned team at this dealership. Although the individual who purchased the car portrayed himself as honest and straightforward turns out that was not the case. Pushed hard about how much lower the resale value of the car was and how high his offer was compared to market value. I should have followed my instincts and walked away. poor team unwillingness to help or provide information to support there products. the team is horrible with a lack of care of buyers. will never buy from there again. stay away! also they rip people off with the prices consistently over charge and reem buyers!!! I would give 0 if I could!
I purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 Ford f150 lightning from a salesman named Brian Nguyen 10/12/24. initially, he and the sales team was extremely nice. When I took possession of the vehicle, they attempted to sync the vehicle to my phone with no success. The suggested that I return the vehicle 3 days later.
