First time here for Ford service. Overall, it was a good visit. The service advisor was good and service was prompt and seems high quality. However, no one in the service department had masks on, putting customers at risk. In addition, another service advisor claimed the Yelp oil change offer is fake and that the dealership does not have a Yelp account. They said it would be investigated and removed. I don't have the time nor inclination to spend my time doing reviews! So, this must be important! I drive 28 miles to speak with my service manager and then up to the dealership to discuss car needs. My initial discussion was with Mr. Kenneth Fumbah who could not be any nicer, professional, courteous and insightful. This has led to me seriously considering another new Ford. Thank you Mall of Georgia Ford for hiring Kenneth Fumbah. You have a go-getter here!

Amazing service customer service! We were on our way out of town for the weekend with dogs in tow in 90 degree weather when the car started gushing fluid. Luckily, we were close to the dealership. While they immediately handled getting me checked in without an appointment, they graciously offered to let us and the pups wait for our ride.

I visited the service department yesterday and Tony gave an exceptional amount of customer service! My car had a check engine light on due to problems from a past dealership and Tony did everything he could to help figure out what was wrong with my car. I can't thank Tony enough, he made my experience at MOG Ford the best out of any Ford location!!

Took delivery of Cedar Wood Restoration's new workhorse tonight - The Grey Goose. I worked with Zack Thomas and he was fantastic and fun to work with. I always have a gun and enjoyable experience and will not buy another vehicle from another Ford dealeship. It's worth the drive for great service.

My first experience with the service department was not that great, but when I got a different service adviser things were much different. Mr. Green listened to my concerns showed interest in what I was saying and then worked with me to make sure my issues were resolved, and overall went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my service. I think some shops and/or advisers may not listen to the customer and think they can fix/diagnose issues on their own, but when you have a somewhat knowledgeable vehicle owner, it is... read more
