Fantastic experience. As our salesman, Tony said, no one likes the car buying experience, including car sales people. But Tony and everyone else we encountered made it a pretty great experience from start to finish. First off, I very much appreciated that Tony did not call me every 5 minutes to pressure me. I brought my husband's car in to have his oil change and Cher was my service advisor that day! She was very nice and she was the one who finally got the system to accept my email for the surveys instead of my husband's. He is not the one who takes his car in, I am nor would he answer any surveys anyway. Sorry, not his thing, that comes under my job description! I've been to mall of georgia service dept many times and have liked everyone that I had to deal with in getting oil changes, tires, and recall work done!
Absolutely blown away by the service at the Mall of Georgia Ford. I had gone to several other dealerships before arriving here & Andy was the only salesperson that was equipped with the knowledge to truly SELL me on the features of the vehicle. I have owned many cars in my life and I have received acceptable service from BMW, Ford, Audi, etc. I have owned my 2015 Mustang GT from Mall of GA Ford. I just bought my 3rd new truck here. Like every new car I've ever bought I thought I paid too much and that my trade in was under valued! But when was the last time anyone thought they got too much for their trade and the new car was too cheap? Never, right? See Aidrian! Really nice guy and very knowledgeable! Excellent car buying experience! Everyone here was extremely nice from salesman Rick to the managers Steve and Andy. Made me feel like family and absolutely no pressure. My review is for service only as I had about 4 recalls on my company car and have been dreading a full day of service and badgering. Nothing like that at all. This was a great team, made an appt, got there at 7 am and and greeted by my service manager and off it went. They had no cars to rent so I called Enterprise across the street- they came and got me- I went home and worked all day- car was ready by 4:30- so went back and repeated the first steps but backwards. Kevin Farmer sold ne my F-250 earlier this year, and it was as about as smooth as it gets. No pressure to buy, answered all of my questions, and if he did not know for sure he went and got the answer I needed to help me buy my truck.
