I went to mall of GA Ford today and was very pleased. Grant was very helpful and excited to show me a vehicle.Its nice to see younger sales representatives that seem to care about what they do and it made the experience all that much better. I went to a few other places before and would say it was the best experience I had at a dealer.

Just Bought an F-150 from Frank Thrift at MOG-Ford. It Was a great experience. I don't have the time to do the usual "song & dance". I had been to a couple other dealerships and was all danced out, so to say. I walked into a very busy dealership met with Frank told him what I was looking for. He literally ran all over 2-3 parking lots trying to find me a Truck. THE BEST Car Dealership EVER! I wish I had more than 5 stars on them. I had some issues with my credit and have been shopping for a car past couple of weeks. I've been to anywhere from Carmax to local dealerships to find the car I wanted, needed & pay for it. I've been treated so awfully in few dealerships and just thought I had no hope. This is specifically a review for the service side of Mall of GA Ford. We purchased a car from here not long ago, it was time for the first service, they had a free coupon for our first oil change. Normally, that would be too far to go for such, but we were having a little weekend getaway to Chateau Elan at the time that it was due for service, so we coupled our efforts. I test drove a Fusion and the salesman was very knowledgable and friendly. I told him it would be a few months before I was ready to purchase, that I was out finding out which car I wanted. He left a follow up phone call a couple of days later and said he remembered I wasn't ready to buy, but if I needed anything. Low pressure which is very nice? So far .. so good. Not sure if I will buy a Ford if I do I'll go back and talk again.

On July 31st I took my Ford Focus in to get it checked out. I thought the car was having trouble driving, so I asked if someone would ride with me. They were more than willing to let a service member, ride with me in my car to see if they felt any problems. Once I got back to the service department, the mechanic told me he would put my car up to give it a quick check. Needless to say they took very good care of me. Brought my Bronco in for a recall left with an unauthorized $199 charge for unclogging the windshield washer nozzles. Both recalls were never done
