I purchased a new F150 Lariat from Kevin Farmer, and it was a great experience for me. I knew very little about trucks and was very busy so I didn't have a lot of time to shop, negotiate, etc. A friend referred me to Kevin. Kevin went straight to his bottom line and undercut other Atlanta area dealers I had spoken with by a wide margin. Colette is very friendly personable and helpful. She will walk miles to find the right vehicle. She has the customer's best in interest at heart and I truly believe that. She works hard for us. If you are going there, trust me she is worth asking for!

Matt was my advisor @ Mall of Georgia Ford. He, was very helpful, understand the value of time . He explained in detail my repair and cost he also took the time to contact my warranty company to see if the repair would be covered . , and it was saving me money . Matt and his team is awesome . Good to have such experienced techs with great customer skills .

I had my 2004 Mini Van serviced within the last couple weeks and, I had a weird smell and smoke come from Van today. I took a look under the hood and noticed the Engine Cap is gone. I guess they forgot to put the Engine Cap back on. I called to voice my concern and they were very nice and asked me to bring the Van in right away. I was looking to purchase a new work van for my business and first drove to stone mountain to another dealership that was advertising the van at a lower price. After not being able to close a deal at the other dealership, I drove to MOG Ford and was able to close a great deal the very same evening. I was even made aware of a deal that was going on where I received a rebate for shelving to go on my new van. I really dislike the car buying process, but these guys made it easy.

Christine at Mall of Georgia Ford did an amazing job throughout our car buying experience. We took a lot of time to narrow our decision down as we only buy a car every 10 years.
