They send "renewal" letters telling you to renew your service with them, even if you DO NOT have service with them. It's totally unethical. You want to do business with someone like that?

Called Massey out for pest services. Allen the inspector was kind and seemed knowledgeable. He stated that the entire house would be done to include closets, garage and outlets. Jake and Josh arrived and did part of the job and asked me to sign the paper work. I asked if the entire house was done and Josh said yes. I then informed him my son was in his room the entire time and they didn’t step foot in his room. Turns out they didn’t go into two of my rooms and only sprayed one small garage door. I have been a customer of Massey for two years now. Over the course of those two years I’ve called in MULTIPLE times to request they call/text/email/ANYTHING before coming. Never once have they followed through with this. Today a technician showed up unannounced and woke my 4 month old up from her (much needed) nap. I will be cancelling Massey for pest and termite services. The technician that was assigned to our house.. piss poor quality of pest control..paid $399.00 up front a month ago outside only for ticks.. piss poor chemicals we called yesterday to quit and get a refund nobody has called us back.. the ticks have tripled in our controlled yard. My piss would work better to kill them then your chemical. First spray was done by back pack..came back because wasn’t working, he Tech even confused himself what he had done.. UPDATE: after my initial review I spoke to the manager for my area & he said they’d issue me a refund of my $495 (Year worth of services) I got a check for $271.75 I called back today and was told that’s the correct refund even though I was only a customer from September 6 - October 30 they serviced my home 3 or 4 times. Within that time because I kept having ants & roaches. Terrible service! We have stuck with Massey for some time now hoping that improvements would be made, but see that isn't going to happen. Our yard developed some sort of weed that magically isn't covered. Massey did do a partial sod replacement of our front yard but it was like pulling teeth to get that done. Worst part is that the weed is still present and will eventually take over the new sod. Just wanted to say “Thank You” to your two young landscaping technicians. Today on Adair Ln in the Village of Pennecamp I was carrying some boxes from the post box and they did not hesitate to offer their help. You should be proud to have these two fine young men. There represented your company well and are an asset for your reputation here in the Villages.

***Lawrenceville location*** Absolutely horrible customer service and service to my apt. I reside a retreat at sweetwater I was told my apt was to be treated with strong chemicals insecticide for bed bugs there wasn’t any evidence of the exterminators being here besides some tan dust in the corners and my door being left open. They didn’t treat my laundry room or closet. Nor did they provide after care instructions or traps to monitor if there still any bed bugs. While we are not customers of Massey Services, a technician came on to our property yesterday without our knowledge or permission and dug up subterranean termite baits that were leftover from the previous homeowner’s contract with the company. We have been living in our house since the end of June and while the company said that they sent a letter addressed to “current homeowner”, which we received dozens of from many companies when we moved in, trying to sell us their services, we did not open it.
