We were told by the sales rep that when we signed the termite bond that if we signed up for auto pay, the $500 cost would be deferred for 3 months. We should have been charged at the end of February but the office ran my card today. I called and the first 2 people could not understand what I was telling them about the 3 month deferral. The office manager then called me and told me that that was a promotion they were running but apparently it was written down to process on 1/21. Payment on time for dry wood termite protection, now we have termites and no treatment, going on a month?

The concept of automatically billing the customer when they do not renew their service agreement on a quarterly basis for pest prevention that they didnt request does not have the customer's interest in mind, I appreciate the $95 invoice. Ill be sure to share with my community.

To say that we are disappointed and wholly taken advantage of is an understatement. After 4 years of continual service by Massey's our grass is destroyed (see attached picture). When we called to complain about our services a few months ago they said they would work on it and get it back up. We had a full, healthy yead of St. Augustine grass. We called to finally cancel our service a week and a half ago because the hundreds of dollars we spent was distroyed by lack of service...the service we paid to you to do. The reception... read more

BEWARE! They'll add services and continue to bill you even if you cancel. They sent me into collections for two services that we never finalized and now I have two negative marks on my credit report. I disputed it but have no recourse. THEY WILL TRY TO UPSELL EVERYTHING....and their service is horrible. My lawn took such a dive when they started servicing me that we had to pull it and re-sod my entire front lawn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...use your local mom and pop service, you're better off.

They send "renewal" letters telling you to renew your service with them, even if you DO NOT have service with them. It's totally unethical. You want to do business with someone like that?

Called Massey out for pest services. Allen the inspector was kind and seemed knowledgeable. He stated that the entire house would be done to include closets, garage and outlets. Jake and Josh arrived and did part of the job and asked me to sign the paper work. I asked if the entire house was done and Josh said yes. I then informed him my son was in his room the entire time and they didn’t step foot in his room. Turns out they didn’t go into two of my rooms and only sprayed one small garage door. I have been a customer of Massey for two years now. Over the course of those two years I’ve called in MULTIPLE times to request they call/text/email/ANYTHING before coming. Never once have they followed through with this. Today a technician showed up unannounced and woke my 4 month old up from her (much needed) nap. I will be cancelling Massey for pest and termite services. ALSO, this year we have experienced more insect activity in and around our home than ever before, even after having them come out specifically to address... read more

The technician that was assigned to our house.. piss poor quality of pest control..paid $399.00 up front a month ago outside only for ticks.. piss poor chemicals we called yesterday to quit and get a refund nobody has called us back.. the ticks have tripled in our controlled yard. My piss would work better to kill them then your chemical. First spray was done by back pack..came back because wasn’t working, he Tech even confused himself what he had done..
