My grass is dying and the past two times they were scheduled to come out they never showed. When I called to ask about their whereabouts, I got excuse after excuse. I pay a lot of money each month. What a rip off! Now I have to pay to replace my grass! I do not recommend this company at all!

Massey accidentally did my yard. they misread the address. I had my yard green and looking great now it's brown and looks awful 24 hours after service. now I have to pay someone to help fix my yard.im so upset I have to start over to fix what was not even suppose to be done to my yard. they had no right to come and mess my yard up. and when I called because they left the other homes bill they were like guess you got a free service. we have a contract with Massey and they've been spraying for a few months now an our lawn just looks horrible I feel like we are just throwing money away. very disappointed. * update, the general manager came out to our home on the next available business day and assessed the situation. he explain to my husband what procedures he would put in place and how they would aggressively tackle the situation. so I want to thank him for being so generous in handling this issue

my lawn is dying, it was green when they took over and now half of its just gone.... I have asked for help onultiple occasions and it just gets worse. huge weeds, pests, dead spots .... waste of my money and I don't know if its even recovering...

Dealing with the salesman from Massey has been a frustrating experience!!! The sales rep in Riverview, FL kept changing the price. A original quote on paper was given to me. When I called the sales rep, he promised to give me a lower price for a takeover. But a few days later, he changed his mind and told me I have to pay for more and even higher than the original quote. I don’t recommend anyone to go for a service with this company.

Yet again, for the (at least) 5th time no one showed up for my scheduled appointment. I take time off of work to be home, and ... no one shows up, no one calls to say they won’t be showing up.

One star because of none lower! So I've been paying these people to fertilize my lawn and trees and make sure irrigation is in working order. I was notified by my Ring camera that someone entered my driveway, it was massey. Out of curiosity, I watched the person get out of their truck to walk around my house, leave a paper on my door and let. It took all of 8 minutes. these people destroyed my yard by killing everything but st Augustine. I had spent a grand on zoya seeds and they killed it all.i now have numerous weeds that I never had before. and now I have moles.dont know if it's related but what a coincidence.
