DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They call or come and see you and make you think you are paying for a service and then send you a bill and claim you misunderstood. I had a problem with an employee who always said he was coming and never showed and they fixed that. Now, I’ve had two billing issues.

Horrific customer service. There were multiple times they were supposed to come out and just didn't show up. When I called to cancel, the company didn't even pretend to care by saying "I'm so sorry you had this experience". RUN in the other direction!

Customer service has gone downhill DRASTICALLY since last year when we received letters of the company growing "to serve us better." NOPE - the larger you got, the worse the service got. After numerous big wigs coming to my home several times and promising solutions for my lawn, nothing was ever done. Told them in person and on the phone that I was cancelling service, but stupid me did not put it in writing, so they came even after I had already hired another company, and of course billed me. To make a long story short Massey was hired to come out and do weed control and kill ants at my property they failed to do either. They only treated half of my backyard and left the giant ant bed right on my sidewalk. I called them several times asking them to come back out and finish the job but they never did. I ended up canceling the service and asking for a refund citing their “guarantee” shortly after it began because no one ever came out to finish the job. They refused to give me a refund and continued to send me bills... read more

My grass is dying and the past two times they were scheduled to come out they never showed. When I called to ask about their whereabouts, I got excuse after excuse. I pay a lot of money each month. What a rip off! Now I have to pay to replace my grass! I do not recommend this company at all!

Massey accidentally did my yard. they misread the address. I had my yard green and looking great now it's brown and looks awful 24 hours after service. now I have to pay someone to help fix my yard.im so upset I have to start over to fix what was not even suppose to be done to my yard. they had no right to come and mess my yard up. and when I called because they left the other homes bill they were like guess you got a free service. we have a contract with Massey and they've been spraying for a few months now an our lawn just looks horrible I feel like we are just throwing money away. very disappointed. * update, the general manager came out to our home on the next available business day and assessed the situation. he explain to my husband what procedures he would put in place and how they would aggressively tackle the situation. so I want to thank him for being so generous in handling this issue

my lawn is dying, it was green when they took over and now half of its just gone.... I have asked for help onultiple occasions and it just gets worse. huge weeds, pests, dead spots .... waste of my money and I don't know if its even recovering...
