I prepaid for the plan for a year when the technician came out and did my inspection he assured me that Massey Services can be fix all the issues I was having with my lawn. After four or five months of them treating my lawn my lawn had more weeds than before they started treating my lawn. I now have more weeds than I do grass, when I initially hired them I had more grass than weeds. My lawn looks worse now than it ever did, I called and cancel my services as I was unhappy with their services that was on March 12, 2019. Today... read more

Massey does not keep their appointments and they do not call to tell you they are not coming. You wait home till the appointment time and they never show up. This happened 3 times. We paid them upfront for termite protection and they don't even show up for scheduled appointments. We called the company 4 times and we were told we would receive a check because we cancelled our service and to date we have not received our check. This has been going on since December 2018. Horrific business practices. Never ever return calls. Never complete contractual services. Poor lawncare. Weeds in lawn, weeds in flower beds, weeds never pulled, bushes never trimmed. They're gonna be history.

I have had Massey for years for all three services pest and termite are great but the lawn division is awful. For two years I have tried to have them replace grass that was killed by fungus that they did not come out and fix. Today a service manager came out and said we could re did but it may happen again. Why have them..... terrible customer service my yard looks awful

They over promised and under delivered. Had an issue and no one would return calls. Talked to regional manager, he said he would return my call and did not. They did not supply any customer service and did a terrible job with my lawn. Would advise to stay away from this company

Ha sido el peor servicio que nos han brindado desde hace dos años que contratamos sus servicios cambiamos la grama completa de nuestro hogar pensando así que no tendríamos más problema de plaga por haber escogido una compañía especializada en brindar ese servicio y ha sido todo lo contrario la grama comienzo a ponerse amarilla y en llena de plaga se llama a servicio al cliente y la única Persona que nos ha brindado Apollo ha sido la señora JOHARA TORREZ su interés por ayudarnos ha sido enorme pero el resto del personal ha s... read more
