Absolutely do not recommend this company. Horrible service. Late for appointments. Very shoddy work. Very poor communication between those who set appointments and the service techs who rarely know their job & don’t hesitate to lie about what they did, even when you watch & take pictures. Disgraceful

Outside of a mound of issues when we first signed a contract for services, my most recent experience included calling the 888 number twice, only to be cut off. Calling the 407 number , only to be cut off and on the fourth attempt to speak with someone about the paper bill I received after 10 months of autopay- the customer service agent couldn’t explain why. I was a Massey customer for the last year, and cancelled this past May 2019 due to quality and delivery issues. I gave it about a year to see the weeds in my backyard start dying, however, even after waiting this long they weren't. I have cameras around the front and backyard of my house, so I monitored Massey's services for the last 3 treatments. For 2 of the days, the serviceman did not come to my backyard. Really made an effort to avoid a customer... left a sign lying in the yard that they treated it... BS. They were prepaid for months and did nothing. Not recommended. Update... Massey responded to this issue and addressed my concerns. Kyle went above and beyond. Thank you.

Our home was treated for termites on June 3rd but the repairs have not been completed. I've made numerous calls and emails to the local office and the after hours call center. When will the repairs be completed?

By doing what they advertise. Had a flea and insect problem, they obviously couldn't or didn't want to handle and I had to remedy myself.

they call to schedule appointments and never show. they are supposed to come out every 2 months to spray for pests, we are lucky if they come out every 4 months. customer service is non existent, and when they do show they are rude. I was told they would come to my house on a Thursday, no show. Friday no show. Saturday at 7am, they show up, pound on the door, wake my entire house up (including a newborn...thanks), rile the dogs up, and then act bothered they had to wait for my husband to get out of bed and answer the do... read more

My lawn has severely dead spots. Massey has created spots of clay. Even after seeding with what I thought may have been bad seeds. I have watered, it has rained and I have yet to see any since May 28th. I would not recommend their lawn care service and want my money refunded so I can do what’s necessary to fix my lawn. This is the worst my lawn has looked since moving here in 2012 and maintaining my lawn myself. I have posted similar post two previous times and was asked to remove them but this post remains.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made an appointment for my annual termite inspection with Massey for 4:00 pm on a Wednesday that they told me was available a couple of weeks prior. Wednesday rolls around and no one shows up at 4:00. At 4:20 I call the Panama City office and speak to Mercedes. She tells me that the appointment will still happen and the GM will call me.
