This company has taken money from many people I know and not completed the services they were suppose to. Now I know a person who tried canceling services on the same day or day before the contract renewed and they told them no and still took their money even though no services will be completed. This company is a scam and it shows by their low rating. Stay away from Massey, people and go with a locally owned small business for quality pest control that won't screw you over

I have been a loyal customer for three years to include house pest control, yard pest control and fertilizer, and yearly termite services. Spending thousand of dollars over the years on our contracts. I just sold my house the day prior to the renewal of the termite contract. I called Massey to see about a refund on that service since it has not been completed yet. They stated they would not refund the money even though the services have not been completed. My daughter had signed a contract for a year paying 600 up front . They came out 4x. after the contract was over they sent her a bill for another month. She called to tell them she was done with service but they said it automatically renews. She has been back and forth with these people for 5 months now with them calling at LEAST 2x a week and yesterday she got a notice for a certified letter! Stay away from the Naple’s Office Pest Control, one of the worst company to ever work for, if your sick with Coronavirus, they will make you use your vacation and sick time to compensate the time lost from work. Wow you put your life on the line for a terrible company like this. Very bad tonic atmosphere to work in, mgrs. and office staff give the techs no support what so ever. Beware and stay from this company. 😡💯
FYI if you use Massey Services, Inc. they not only ring your doorbell when you have a no soliciting sign ON THE FRONT DOOR, they also won’t leave when you ask them to respect the self quarantine you are in. They do not respect the situation we as a city are in, nor do they respect my privacy and safety as a homeowner and parent. They don't do what they say they will do. Doesn't keep appointments when they call and don't let you know their not coming. This was 2 days in a row. One service tech ruined my bitter blue grass in back and had many promises to fix it and they never followed through. This is in the South Lakeland Division.

Massey should stick with pest control...yard maintenance is questionable. This is after 3 years of “service”.

I have paid over 50 a month for YEARS for their lawn service. You would think I’d have no weeds. The weeds are so bad my HOA is fining me 35 a day and they’re going to put a lien on my house. Save your money. I’ve called several times, and asked for the manager To come to see my weeds and notices from my HOA. Surprise no show Anthony who would service Lawrenceville GA. Bought my new construction house in May 2014. My annual contract should be in May...in my opinion. Massey treated my home while it was being built in February. I explained over and over that due to high medical bills I incur in the beginning of the year, every year, I would like to renew in May, which is when I bought the house.
