They park in the middle of the road and that makes me , with a big trailer not able to even drive by until they are done with the house.

Bought a house had all the sod in the back yard replaced before hiring Massey. Grass is now dying and the Manager Daniel has advised me Massey is not obligated to fix or replace all the areas the grass has died. Save your money and hire someone else unless you want dead grass. FYI Daniel was rude and belittled other Massey employees. Told me their employee Jeff is a nobody. If they can’t treat their own people right how do you think they are going to treat your yard. Canceling both yard and pest service.
So admittedly I am at fault for this to happen! But I am a small business owner who travels for work full time. I was did not pay my lawn maintenance bill and it went 90 days past due. I did receive a call about a past due balance and an email stating it was urgent they speak to me. Upon reviewing today there was several more emails in my junk. I can't believe massey services is making their techs work on Easter weekend...
This company is truly a piece of work. Last year. Termite spike, one damage d. They will replace. Never happened. They are f.... Quick to take payment. Today. Massey is to inspect and replace damaged termite spikes. Wife called them. They were not here as per appointment. Oh. No record of appointment but again. Real quick and on point for f.....g payment. This company has taken money from many people I know and not completed the services they were suppose to. Now I know a person who tried canceling services on the same day or day before the contract renewed and they told them no and still took their money even though no services will be completed. This company is a scam and it shows by their low rating. Stay away from Massey, people and go with a locally owned small business for quality pest control that won't screw you over

I have been a loyal customer for three years to include house pest control, yard pest control and fertilizer, and yearly termite services. Spending thousand of dollars over the years on our contracts. I just sold my house the day prior to the renewal of the termite contract. I called Massey to see about a refund on that service since it has not been completed yet. They stated they would not refund the money even though the services have not been completed. My daughter had signed a contract for a year paying 600 up front . They came out 4x. after the contract was over they sent her a bill for another month. She called to tell them she was done with service but they said it automatically renews. She has been back and forth with these people for 5 months now with them calling at LEAST 2x a week and yesterday she got a notice for a certified letter! Stay away from the Naple’s Office Pest Control, one of the worst company to ever work for, if your sick with Coronavirus, they will make you use your vacation and sick time to compensate the time lost from work. Wow you put your life on the line for a terrible company like this. Very bad tonic atmosphere to work in, mgrs. and office staff give the techs no support what so ever.
