We have had Massey Services for 10 years in our Lake Mary home and we’ve gone through some ups and downs. LATELY, however it has been nothing but down and we’ve finally decided to find another service that will respond to our requests, keep our lawn weed free and healthy, and show up when they say they will.

Why did we seriously listen to Massey. We stayed because we were promised they would have our lawn looking prestige... we just had to be patient. I am so frustrated with this company. My pest control services were initially with Rumble Pest Solutions and I had zero issues until Massey took over. They had my credit card on file, since the day I signed up two years ago, to automatically charge me after each service. After my last quarterly service, they did not charge my card and I missed it somehow. I am due for my next service, and they reached out. I have had Massey Termite Services for around 10 years-no problems but no termites either Also had their pest co from for around 10 years as well—still had bugs but they were at least responsive 1 year ago I hired the lawn dept to take care of my yard, planters, irrigation. Guy came out made recommends & I gave go ahead. They “repaired” irrigation, re-sodded several areas, treated yard & planters for weeds & bugs. 6 months later all the sod they replaced was dead—even though I faithfully waters at my own expense how they tol... read more

Read the reviews and decide for yourself! We had a service agreement with Massey for a while. We did not renew at the end of last year because I thought the service was a little pricey for what we received. Our contract was paid up through August of last year. When I began receiving calls from them in December saying that I owed for service, I thought it was a sales ploy to get me to call. Lucy Branch ofc in Orange Park FL at 904-273-1300. NEVER ON TIME. Tech, Jeremy, advises does not get appts from Tara. But there is always one excuse or another. Continual problem!!! Also have problems getting anyone on the phone at same ofc. Spraying for bugs in house began 10/29/19 but serious bug problem still exists. What am I paying for??? Certainly not this terrible service. Service center license #is JB3057; they need to do a better job or will cancel contract.

Horrible account management. I have been trying to straighten my account out for two months.Ray the manager tells me 55.00 for incorrect tree and shrub service has been removed and Amanda tells me it is due. I have called at least 5 times and e mailed.

My lawn, particularly in the last year, looks shabby. I did ask for and receive a complimentary visit in June. I emailed customer service for another courtesy visit to yet again clear up the front two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. Overall, the lawn looks sub par, but my main concern is the front to keep the HOA at bay. And I can’t seem to get any assistance from Massey.
