We did not renew at the end of last year because I thought the service was a little pricey for what we received. Our contract was paid up through August of last year. Lucy Branch ofc in Orange Park FL at 904-273-1300. NEVER ON TIME. Tech, Jeremy, advises does not get appts from Tara. But there is always one excuse or another. Continual problem!!! Also have problems getting anyone on the phone at same ofc. Spraying for bugs in house began 10/29/19 but serious bug problem still exists. What am I paying for??? Certainly not this terrible service. Service center license #is JB3057; they need to do a better job or will cancel contract.

Horrible account management. I have been trying to straighten my account out for two months.Ray the manager tells me 55.00 for incorrect tree and shrub service has been removed and Amanda tells me it is due. I have called at least 5 times and e mailed.

My lawn, particularly in the last year, looks shabby. I did ask for and receive a complimentary visit in June. I emailed customer service for another courtesy visit to yet again clear up the front two weeks ago and haven’t heard back. Overall, the lawn looks sub par, but my main concern is the front to keep the HOA at bay. And I can’t seem to get any assistance from Massey. Homeowners have maintained services through Massey while we have rented here for the past two years. This company can not stick to a schedule, they show up whenever they want regardless of agreed upon time. Today it’s pouring outside, they came and did their outside inspection first and then came into the house bringing mud all over our floors. If I had the choice they would never step foot in my home again.

They can't keep technicians. I have had active chinch bug infestation for over a year. They didn't want to stand by there contract about replacing damaged lawn. It took months of arguing with Nate the GM before they replaced part of the damage. It's going to cost me hundreds of dollar's to replace the damage this company caused.

I have contracts with Massey for both lawn care and irrigation. After 7 months of service my lawn has all weeds and the original grass is gone. Their lawn care technician was a lie when he reported the entire lawn was taken care of while in fact he never got to my backyard to treat the weeds and take care of the grass. We have a gate for access to the backyard and he supposed to call me to open it but he never called. My irrigation system also had a lot of problems but they never came to fix it until I called them to report.... read more

They killed our St. Augustine grass that we spent thousands to have installed. We are now weed infested, have dead vines filling in our front yard. We've had them out numerous times, paid extra to redirect our sprinkler heads, put on a soil conditioner at an additional cost of $100, and still looks really bad. First they blamed it on on lack of water after a very rainy summer, then said we had chinch bugs. They dont want to fix and we arent renewing our contract as we now have to re-sod.
