First my question is: with so many 1 star and do not recommend ratings how does Massey have a high score of 2.9 stars? The math doesn’t add up. My yard looked so bad Monday during their supervisor visit he took the Massey Services sign out of my yard. He was to follow up with a tech visit but never did.

Poor service by techs, company doesn't seem to care if they keep customers or not. Very disappointed since they took over Rumble Pest.

I have been a Massey customer for over a year now and I'm not the kind of person to write bad reviews just because I can. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt and the chance to make it right (in fact Michael Greene, their sales rep said I had the patience of a 1st grade teacher while dealing with my biggest complaint that I list last). Why are you still using horrific and inhumane GLUE TRAPS??! Beneficial and harmless snakes, beautiful birds, and other non-targeted NATIVE wildlife suffer!

We had Massey when we lived in Palm Coast and loved them. Thought that would transfer to Jacksonville as well, OH NO!! Horrible customer service! We prepaid lawn, pest and irrigation for a year beginning May 2019. As of today 10/3/19 our sprinkler system is still not working and they charge us almost $400 for subcontractor to come fix a broken pipe under our driveway. The subcontractor told us there was NO broken pipe, but a sprinkler head buried. They fixed that and left. Massey still charged our card that is on file the f... read more

I am extremely unhappy!! I have a section of my grass that is brown. The manager came out two days ago and said there is definitely something wrong with insects l. Then our normal guy came out and said nothing wrong and needs to be watered when we water enough. Extremely unhappy
