Worst experience ever with a dealer. After they fixed the issue that it was brought in for then suddenly there were more issues that never existed prior to bringing the car to the dealer. Never Again

Made an appointment 3 weeks ago so I could have a loaner. Showed up at my appointment time of 9 AM. Was asked who my service rep was and I told them Manny. I was ignored until 9:35 when I went in to go check on my loaner. Since I didn't have my slip from service, that started them radioing Manny. Then they didn't show that I had a loaner. I told them that I might as well take me car and go home since it was 9:45. Finally Israel came out and started the service. The estimate was $650. I saw the same vehicle in Houston at a better price with less miles and explained that upfront to the salesperson so we wouldn't waste time needless to say he claimed he could work with me on price this was over the Labor day weekend so he calls me at around 7pm on Tuesday to explain how his vehicle is Mercedes-Benz certified mind you where talking about a vehicle that's a 2001 with 10,000 v 14,000 miles on it you have to be kidding me both vehicles have about the same original Mercedes-Benz Warranty left on them and we Merc... read more

I will never return to this dealer. Servive was terrible and I came away feeling I drove a 65 Volvo. I received no instructions on the new loaner car rules, no call what it will cost, and to many other poor communications.

Customer Service was horrible. They need to be considerate of people's time and also communicate better. The service rep had no respect for other people's time; if he was just honest we would have appreciated it.

Just so happened to log in and was prompted to give Mercedes-Benz of Plano a review. I have a 2014 CLA 250 and Ive spent close to 15K having various things fixed on my vehicle. Had my car at Mercedes-Benz of Plano in April to replace the rear end differential, which cost 5K. Then had to have it towed back to the dealer in June to replace a broken belt and tension pulleys. I was also told that an oil turbo line that I had paid to have replaced (had it replaced when I had engine mounts replaced and spent about 5K) was leaking ... read more

The service price was extremely high and then the job was not completed accurately. I still had to take to another Mercedes to get excess of oil removed from my vehicle. Although my new fee is supposed to be reimbursed, my gas and time will not be.

had an error message on my car. Dealer kept the car for 2 days, now a week later I have the same error message. I wonder how may times it will take to the get the car fixed.
