There is problem after I puck up my car. This is 2nd time ever time is different. This time is car doesnt lock. Tried all 3 way When I call s r dept. they always says bring car. Once I called about it doesnt start from phone man said u will charge $200. All I need password. N that is my phone last digits.

poor workmanship on tires. started making a clicking noise in the front right tire that wasn't there before. no acknowledgement from the service department or management except saying that it is nothing to worry about not able to keep promises of returning our car on time

Absolutely horrible. Not covering warranty, when there was a bubble on the tire. Telling me to do additional services, when they are not recommended by MB. These are in addition to B1 and B2. Telling me verablly about a crack but not giving me in writing. Of course, no loaner car or anything. Very dissapointed and I don't recommend it.

We hear and understand your frustration that your extended tire warranty does not cover bubbles forming in the tire and that you feel the suggestions for B1 and B2 are unwarranted. Our Service team noted that the B1 and B2 are suggested on timed intervals, not always mileage (which ever comes first) and they are not obligatory to do. Disappointing for a Mercedes dealership. Disorganized, didnt have all of the parts despite having gone in ahead so that they would know what was needed. Now I have to go back. Just sloppy

Was able to schedule the service fine (have used this location for my previous car). Work done was fine - and was completed on time. I had requested a hard copy of a warning message from my onboard AMG display (which was shown the previous month) - but they were not able to retrieve the message. Unfortunately, in the process of checking the OBD-2 port where CAN-BUS reading is obtained - the service person damaged the leather on passenger front seat (looks like a metal tool gouged the leather).
