Kept my car for 5 day with no contact for routine service and state inspection. I had to call several time over this time period to be told they cant tell me what is going on with my car and someone would call back but never did. The. When I go to pay I am only told an amount to pay with not break down of services and cost. Really shocked at the lack of service when my wife and I have been this dealerships customer for going on 10 years.

All the dealership seems to care about is running up a huge service bill. If they do not want to work on my car all they had to do was say so. $577.00 for an estimate is ridiculous. We paid for an extended warranty for this car from Mercedes and now they cannot seem to be able to contact the company. I really love my Mercedes, I just wish I could find a dealership I could trust.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MERCEDES BENZ PLANO. THE LOST MY FOB, THEY RETURNED MY VEHICLE WITH MY SEAT INOPERABLE AND TRIED TO PUT THE BLAME ON ME, EVEN THOUGH THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR 3 WEEKS!!! USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
Every single time, my wife's car is not ready... they do a very poor job of quality control. Have to return 2 to 3 times before it is up to standard... is Mercedes turning into a tote the note place. Appalled.

They did not top off the coolant and was low prior to delivery

I had to go back to have my car looked at again. They did my scheduled maintenance and still needed to go back to check the oil overflowing. They rush service and not pay attention to details. 2nd car they dont service properly.
