They did not repair the car.

They basically seems annoyed I wanted service. I had to go to another dealer for parts / service.

I asked my service manager if I needed new brakes and he told me that everything checked out pretty good with my car. I explained that ny car shakes when I'm breaking. He then told me that I needed new tires. I purchased new tires and had an alignment done and my car still shakes when breaking. Thus, I took my car elsewhere and found out that my rotors are warped. Which are the same rotors Mercedes-Benz Plano put on last year. TOTALLY DISGUSTED

Well my faulty headlight was replaced and now I have to return on another day to get the scratch they made from that repair. Very disappointed and stunned this actually happened to my first ever bran new Mercedes!!!!! However the window tint is beautiful!

I called my service rep in the morning and left a message to call me. It was the next day in the afternoon before he called me back. I took the car in about 10 AM on day one no one called about its status so I called late that day and was told it will be the next day before it will be ready. It was late the next day before I heard from anyone. Poor communication

Very poor, the light for B9 service came on and I brought it in. I got the car back the next day. The following day the service light for B9 service came back on, I brought it in because the failed to reset the computer. They had my car 1.5 days and did not finish the job correctly. It was an inconvenience to say the least to bring it back.

Because of a previous bad experience, I was not welcome there so I will not be returning nor will I recommend any one else. I will however purchase my next Benz elsewhere.

My agent Mark Henely was great. I received by car back and the inside was very dirty/muddy and I was not happy. No paper matts were placed down during the time of servicing my car and my front floor mats were muddy and they did not even try and clean it before I arrived. I was very disappointed and expected much better service than this from Mercedes. The floors were so bad one of the employees said "wow" when I bought it to their attention. Now that's BAD.
