Was told service was complete but went to get the car and they brought someone else's car up and handed over the key!

Despite fully loaded lease, I was not mentioned or offered vehicle loaner during my service scheduling. I was only informed when I was at the service drive which ended up impacting my whole day.

Was pretty much forced to pay $100 to remove window tint (on car they sold me 4 years ago) in order to pass state inspection that passed last year and that inspection was also performed by MB Plano. Pretty lousy way to do business. When I brought this up, it was a Welp, theres nothing I can do response. Definitely my last visit there.

Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance so I could get loaner. When I arrived I was told there are no loaners available. Understand this happens if customers dont turn in loaners but a phone call letting me know would have been appreciated before driving 30 minutes to the dealership.

No loaner vehicles were going to be given to us so we couldnt bring it in. We just bought the car from you all and the second day it already had an airbag malfunction. Still not fixed. And wont give us a loaner. Weve had 4 bmws over the past 11 years and they always had a loaner for us. Even if it was a rental car but always took care of us. How does my wife get to work if she has no vehicle. Very disappointed in your customer service

This is the last time I am taking my Mercedes C300 to Mercedes of Plano. The lube tech didnt property tighten the oil cap, due to which engine oil was pouring over the hot engine causing white smoke. I had to stop my car on the road immediately and tow it back to dealership. Very poor service , avoid this dealership at all costs . You have been warned !
