Customer service provided was unacceptable and surprisingly terrible. My vehicle was supposed to be done the same day but no call to tell me it would take longer. I had to call each time and ask for an update and none was given until I finally spoke with a manager. Two days later I finally received my car with no follow up.

I have been through 3 service visits with MB Plano and all have been an awful experience. Their service area is tarnishing the MB brand.

The service there as a whole has been average at best. Last time I brought my car in, it was returned to me with a "check left mirror turn signal". Again, that wasn't an issue until after I brought my car in. I addressed it with the service advisor and the response was lackluster. It would have been nice to have them address it immediately since I have a busy schedule and availability is small. It would be appreciated if this can be addressed.

Good service that day. But it's been three weeks and we have not received the refund that we were promised within one week. It's taken two emails and a call, and "check is in the mail" is the explanation. Very disappointing.

I have been to Plano Mercedes for factory recommended service A, I have been to service at booked appointment of 8:45 AM, A person came to check what service I was there for at 9:15 Am and, he just wrote the service number and time he checked on my back window and left. there no one to attend me until after I checked with them at 10 AM. windshield washer warning light was on. They said they top it off, If they did, there is a leak in the container because the warning light came on the next day and it is now empty.
