I have no idea what this is about. The service was awful. It took nearly two hours for them to install my new license plate. My temporary license plate had already expired two months earlier and was never notified by the dealership that permanent plates had been received three months prior. And, to the best of my knowledge there was never an ignition check performed.

I was charged $199 for detail job and only thing done was vacuuming.

Not a good experience . I purchased Masarati Levante from this location. .when you spend thousands of dollars to buy car this not what you expect customer service. They didn't reset my service.. so I am get annoying messages every time I on my car. The salesman is not professional either I tried calling and sending him text to send me paperwork that says car was service but he didn't care about it .now I don't have a second key... I didn't expect this kind of service from Mercedes Benz of plano

Overpriced. Took car in for recall. Waited 5 hours for $2400 estimate and $179 assessment. Took car to another Mercedes approved shop. Got more done for 1/2 the price.

Took the vehilce back twice, Mercedes made a brand new SUV sound like a 10 year old car after a recall.

Besides not being able to get the dealership to return my calls, when they finally do and take the car in for service, they fail to fix the problem and now I am once again having trouble getting them to contact me for service. We are talking about a new 2021 GLC300

Took the E350 in to repair the A/C controller board/switch. Once again, seems that their FULL WARRANTY does not really cover anything. DONT waste your money! It rarely covers anything!

It took over a day to change 2 tires. The tires were not even in the shop when we arrived, and you already knew that was the purpose of the service visit.
