Not recommended for the long term Printer worked fine for 1 year then began experiencing paper jam error messages after every print job. Constantly opening and checking for jams, never found any. Went through chat help (who certainly tried to help), appeared to be fixed. After 2 jobs, problem returned. Now also getting misaligned, smudged printing, also can't fix. Cannot recommend this printer.
Good for a little while Wifi printing frequently disconnects and won't work without Brother brand ink. Would not purchase again.
Absolute garbage Okay, the print quality is fine, but this printer keeps dropping it's network connection or (worse) denying there is one! I've printed to it and then had it refuse to scan back to THE EXACT DEVICE I PRINTED FROM!!! My apologies Epson, I will be coming back as soon as I find a charity I am not very fond of to give this piece of junk to!
Ink Ink does not last 1 year. I havent used my printer as much as I have back in the day of Girl Scouts. The Ink lasted not even 5 months. Printer says its half full. There is very little ink in the cartraige but it prints like it has none. I even cleaned the printer heads. Would not recommend this printer
Could not get to download operating system even after calls to tech. Support Operating system would not download even after calls to tech. Support, they blamed it on my ,Kaspersky, but it doesn't stop my HP printer from working . Returned it for ,Amazon credit.
“One year of ink” = 4 months of ink Yeah the printer works pretty well and setup is a breeze. But I am a little tweaked about the supposed “one year of ink”. After rather light use for 4 months, all 3 color tanks are showing low remaining ink.

Won't last longer than a year I'm really fed up of buying new printers. Bought this one a year ago - thinking that spending more might equal a better printer. But no. The black ink won't print. I've purchased all the expensive rip off inks, I bought the pressure cleaning system, I took all the steps. Nothing is working. I have used it MINIMALLY, this is a HOME COMPUTER.
