Piece of junk Initially, this was a great printer. Worked like a champ. Then after about 7 months the colored ink stopped working. Then it started not printing for random reasons. Within 9 months it just stopped working all together. Stay away from this product!!
Piece of junk This is truly the worst printer I’ve owned. Didn’t even work for 500 pages and get errors of paper James while there is none. Poor engineering with more parts the. The Lego millennium falcon. Junk. Don’t buy it.

Yellow ink didn't work even after cleaning printhead 5 times so sent back Terrible
Cannot maintain WiFi signal The device looses WiFi all of the time . Very unhappy. No more Brother printers for us
printer head constantly needs to be cleaned. i've had this over a year now i initially really liked it but now i have to clean the printer heads almost every other day. it's ridiculous
I hate this printer! I have never hated a printer more than this in my life. I have owned it for a year now. It constantly freezes and won't work....sometimes it prints my document (1 page) half an hour after I ask it to. Don't buy!
New printer does not work I keep getting errors during the initial setup: "Unable to print 50". Following all instructions and troubleshooting doesn't. help. Tech support decided to send me new one after 15 minutes of troubleshooting. They don't want the old one back. Now I have to deal with recycling it.
