One didn't print the other is working so far One very poor print quality the other is ok
Very Slow the price is right. Large ink wells included...as compared to others. its called economy ink for a reason. its stingy with ink. low low quality print. adjustments are available, just buried. best bet is reset density. but 5 minutes to print a picture from lap top???? pretty lame.
Drivers are no longer supported. Do not waste your money. This machine will not connect with a laptop. The drivers are no longer supported on the product's website, and good luck finding a contact number for customer support on their nightmarish website. The instruction manual photos do not even match the machine. Overall, wasted money.
Poor quality. Wireless printing never worked on this printer from day one and a little over one year the scanner light carrier broke, making it impossible to copy and/or scan documents. Poor quality, prefer to have my old HP All in One back.
I got a lemon and couldn't get any help First, let me say I have had 4 Brother Multi function printers in my office over the years. LOVED them, and they all worked hard and well for a long time. Which is why when I needed one for my home office, I bought this one. Unfortunately, I got a lemon this time around. First problem just weeks after setup was that it stopped printing front and back when requested. Wrong Purchase The printer stopped working nine months after I purchased it. Warranty ran out . To late to contact seller. Tech support wanted to take me through loops to troubleshoot.
Not the best purchase for printing wireless It just stopped connecting and I never could get wireless connection! Waste of time, money, energy to set it up and break it down. I thought the ink was the best part until it wouldn’t print anymore!
Don't buy Printer broke within a year.
Ink is not true... Says it comes with a year of ink in the box.... NOPE buy ink or a different printer. Half the ink is out.
