Shoulda done this sooner Finally broke the chains of inkjet printing with this purchase, and couldn't be happier. Sure, we can't do the occasional color print, but it's an easy tradeoff for the printer WORKING every time I go to print. Color jobs look better just running up to FedEx Kinko's anyway. Sounds strange, but I feel so much more secure and happier knowing the printer will print, and I won't be faced with an "out of ink" (or ink expired) problem. Printer drops the wireless network This particular printer has network connection issues. The printer will connect easily to your wireless network but then will drop it after a period of time. You have to constantly reset it. I own a MFC 7860DW and it has never dropped the network so it is appears to be a product defect with this particular model. Its worthless to have a wireless printer that can't stay connected to the network.
Didn't even make it 3 years Easy setup. Love the google cloud print integration. All around great printer. UPDATE: It decided to just stop printing before it hit 3 years old. I don't know what I expected.
The wireless on this printer is useless. The print quality is ok, but the printer will not maintain connection on the wireless once it goes to sleep. There is no work around for this according to information we were able to find on the internet. So, if you want to print successive documents without having to restart the darn thing, you have to have them in a cue. This printer in my view is worthless unless you connect directly to it with a USB. If we hadn't used it and purchased extra cartridges we would have returned it.

They even escalated my networking issue to their level 5 thinking they have fixed it. Two Stars loses wifi and have to reset for wireless everytime very annoying
The toner got over in like a month with minimal printing The toner got over in like a month with minimal printing. it should not have been more than 100 pages. I am not sure, if the issue with the printer or the toner shipped with it
