Matt was extremely pleasant as was the rest of the staff. They listened, made sure I felt comfortable, and were very attentive and friendly. They worked quickly. I went at 3:00 on a Friday, so I was able to get in extremely quickly, but they all took their time with me and were super communicative. One of the best and most transparent visits to any healthcare facility I’ve received!
I went in today and they saw me really quickly with minimal wait at all. My provider, Joshua Keller, was very clear, concise, and took time to address all of my concerns. All of the other staff was very nice and really listened to me.
One of the most pleasant urgent care experiences I’ve ever had! There was a little bit of a wait since it was a weekend when I went, but at only 40min, I didn’t give it much thought as I’ve had far worse before. Once taken back for exam, I felt cared for, heard, and *not* just like the 150th person they’ve seen that day. My go to urgent care. Self pay options are reasonable and straight forward. They communicate ahead of time what costs are and are respectful of patient choices to not go with recommended tests due to finances. Competent and friendly people from receptionists to nurisng to PA’s. Grateful to have this place when I’m in a pinch.
It was a busy Saturday but they still seen me pretty quickly. I got a couple test done, results were fast, then I went straight to Walgreens for my prescription. I have no complaints. Midwest Express Clinic saved me a long painful trip to the emergency room. Hopefully I'll never need them again but I'm very glad they're there.
