One of the most pleasant urgent care experiences I’ve ever had! There was a little bit of a wait since it was a weekend when I went, but at only 40min, I didn’t give it much thought as I’ve had far worse before. Once taken back for exam, I felt cared for, heard, and *not* just like the 150th person they’ve seen that day. Today, I visited the clinic, and despite it being quite busy in the morning, everything went surprisingly fast. I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently everything was handled. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was completed. Excellent service overall!
Thank you for being so amazing with my daughter from the front desk to the doctor. The nurse was so wonderful in getting all the tests run/throat swabs and nose. She was so calm and patient with my 2 year old! Thank you! 🙏🏻 The popsicle and kid bag made her experience less scary and made mama much more comfortable.
I had an exceptional experience at Midwest Express Clinic Urgent Care. Despite being in significant pain from sciatica, the staff treated me with genuine empathy and professionalism. They took the time to listen, clearly explained my care options, and were upfront about costs, which was a rare and much-appreciated transparency. This was by far the kindest and most supportive urgent care visit I’ve ever had. I’m incredibly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone in need.
It was such a great experience!!! Such a smooth process that began at check in! Everyone was very helpful! It's also a very clean and nice facility! My first time was great and I'll definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend!
