Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but when you have to go, do yourself a favor and go to the Midwest Express in Roscoe Village. There's a small parking lot. You can reserve a spot online (which is not an appointment time, but reduces your waiting time in the lobby.) I like these things. Let's talk about the providers. They're thorough and really nice. They make me feel as comfortable as I can in an uncomfortable setting. I've been here several times and had the same experience with different providers.

I had an amazing experience here. Because of a nagging issue with my foot, I finally agreed to get care. Everyone told me to bring a book and be ready to wait. The receptionist couldn't be nicer. The waiting area was comfortable. And I hardly waited at all. The care I received was top notch, from the vitals collection to the actual procedure, which was borderline surgery. I was not able to walk on my foot and didn't want to go to an ER, so I made an appointment (which they inform you that it doesn't really hold a spot -which I am fine with). I hobbled in and was immediately greeted and all my info was verified. I saw a doctor/med professional quickly and within less than 10 minutes had an X-ray of my foot. This location is my go-to! Whether it's for myself or my children. NP Matthew McClary is fantastic! Always efficient & caring. The whole staff is always super friendly and always smiling, which makes it a pleasant place to be even if you're under the weather!

Surprisingly great experience! I always dread going to clinics because they are packed but I had an outstanding experience here. I originally went to the CVS minute clinic down the street and they were about to take a two hour lunch break and had a bad attitude that we would even bother to ask to be seen at a *clinic.* I left and came to Midwest Express and it was the complete opposite! They greeted me immediately with very friendly staff, I was seen in less than 10 minutes, and I was out in less than an hour overall.

As promised, no issues with me on billing. My insurance (Aetna) paid for it all. Not sure why others had billing issues.

I was looking for a place not to far away where I could a quick walk in to get a B12 shot. My BFF recommended this location and I am glad she did. They are located right off of Ashland, which had me worried about parking, but rest assure, they have their own lot behind the building on School Street. This is my first time going to an urgent care center, so I was not sure what to expect. I had a 8:00 am appointment and low and behold, they were on time opening up. Had a fish bone lodged in the back of my throat that was also hitting my uvula. Got right in and had Sydney the PA. She was super nice and happened to be my hero and got it out. Thank you Sidney. Happy I didn't go to the ER this place was great.
