This staff is unreal. From Doctor Lauren, to Jessica, who stayed late on her birthday to make sure this guy didn't have to escalate a health concern, I really have not had this type of service anywhere else. Jessica stayed over a half hour late on her birthday to make sure I was ok, and kept a positive, professional back and forth the entire time. Dr. Lauren should have his own practice, I really wish I could have him as my primary care physician. Thank you! You guys rock. NO ER for this guy.
Lauren and Staff were super helpful, and got me in and out within an hour. Felt like they talked to me like a person and not like a patient. Definitely going to remember this place the next time I'm feeling under the weather.
I got urinary infection and have been quickly processed, examined and given the prescription. I am really satisfied. Clean, nice stuff
My first time at MedSpring on Ashland. GREAT experience. Dr. Lauren Buckingham and his staff are wonderful. I felt very confident in his treatment plan and everyone was very caring. I could only give a 5 star rating but in my review I'm giving a 10 star!
Had to go for a screening for my new job. The place could not have been cleaner! They were extremely friendly and professional. Also had tons of free snacks that they urge you to take advantage of. Would definitely go back if a need arose in the future.
I love that when I'm sick that I don't have to wait to see my regular Doctor or take off work because of the lack of available appointments. I really appreciate the convenience of MedSpring, it's service, cleanliness and caring doctors. Dr. Lauren is the nicest Doctor I've ever seen and really seemed to genuinely care that I feel better. He also is one of the few doctors I've seen that listens and takes time to discuss my concerns. He also doesn't waste time. This incredible staff made an ear infection way more pleasant than it should be. Check-in was seamless despite me not having received my new insurance card in the mail, and I was in and out with a prescription within 25 minutes. Dr. Buckingham was thorough and answered all of my questions. I never hope to have to go to urgent care but I know where I'll be going if I have to come back.
Amazing customer service. Doctor was kind, caring and efficient!! I would highly recommend going to this Urgent Care.
Unfortunately, I have had to come here twice already in the past month for sick family members.....Both times I had a pleasant experience despite the circumstances. The first time.. we got there almost close to closing... and not once did we feel rushed or like we were annoying the heck out of them for getting there at the time we did.. I am just glad they were opened until 9 since most other Urgent Care Clinics close at 8pm.
