I came in a week and a half ago with a nightmare bladder/kidney infection that I let go for too long while traveling out of country. I was promptly seen with extremely minimal wait times every time I came in. When my back pain didn't fully go away after a few days on antibiotics, I came back in, worried. This is an outstanding urgent care with phenomenal doctors, nurses, & medical assistants. I honestly feel blessed this location takes my insurance! I've visited for numerous reasons including covid testing, emergency care after an injury, and just feeling unwell. Each and every time I was greeted by kind and respectful staff who make you feel at ease and welcomed. I am blown away by the cleanliness of the facility and caliber of the medical staff. Hi! I had my first covid test at Midwest Express on Broadway in Chicago. I was visibly emotionally distraught and panicked during appointment. Jessica was so calm, patient, and kind. I wish I could get her a gift card of thanks. She even asked if I was emotionally feeling better on call when she told me I was negative as she said she remembered how upset I was. Went here for a medical emergency. I'm from out of state so my insurance didn't cover. The receptionist was super friendly and nice! She helped me out with my situation, provide the information I needed, and worked out the paperwork (which is simple and only one page) . Paid the $100 fee for the visit and honestly was worth it. Got seen pretty quick. The nurses were all nice and understanding and I'm was grateful that they took what I was saying seriously. Just went in to get my Covid test, I try to get one, just for safety purposes every three weeks. Michael and Jessica at the clinic on Ashland and Roscoe were so sweet and nice and quick and gentle & professional!!I know they must be overloaded with people but they were very friendly! They did not seem burn out, I would highly recommend getting your Covid test here for another Midwest express clinic!;)

Guy at the front desk is a not very nice. He likes to use what little power he has over customers. Please hire someone more friendly. Not a good representation of your office. Once you get through the waiting room, everyone is so friendly. Place is very clean and comfortable. The nurse and doctor Cally we're very professional. Minus 2 stars for the guy with a stick up his arse.

There r 2 urgent cares a block from my house, I usually go to medspring bc its 20 ft closer and the dr's and staff have all been kind. But the lady at the front today was a HUGE B! It was busy so I asked if it would help to make an appt next time and what does an appt usually mean. Her literal answer was "it means nothing". Wait what?? I had a great experience at this location. I was in and out very quickly. I had Dr. Kali and she was wonderful. She was very thorough and so sweet. I felt very comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
