This place is Nirvana - still haven't fully convinced myself it's real. Came in on a Sunday morning after waking up with an agonizing neck spasm. Front desk staff was helpful and process was extremely fast. Caring nurses, TVs playing HGTV in the tastefully decorated and clean patient rooms and genuine interactions make this place the opposite of what an urgent care experience is typically like. This is the best experience at an urgent care center that I've had. They are exceedingly clear about the wait list and estimated time before you are seen. The rooms are also very comfortable and have a couch with a TV that you can lounge on while waiting to be seen once you are shown to a room. All of the staff have been exceedingly kind and friendly, yet still efficient.
This was my first time in the clinic. I had an infection that was pretty painful and I was pretty distressed. The front desk attendant was very accommodating and sentimental, and the doctor I saw was calming and assuring. The staff seem very knowledgeable and the space is really clean. I was in and out within about 15 minutes and given antibiotics. Also they offer free beverages in the lobby!
Really nice and friendly people, very clean facility, efficient. Ability to take on site chest X-ray. Reception, Kim, and Dr. Lauren were all great and very helpful.
Had a great experience here. It was my first time coming to this facility and Dr. Lauren and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I brought my 2 year old daughter here for a sinus infection/cold. We were seen with hardly any wait (able to make an appointment if you call ahead). The doctor and assistants were all very nice. The place was clean and very friendly. I even was able to talk to the doctor a week later to ask some follow up questions I had. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back.
Dr. Lauren and his staff were very helpful. I have been sick for the last month and was not being helped at other places. MedSpring put my concerns first and did everything they could to figure it out and get me what I needed. Definitely the best in Chicago!
I recently visited MedSpring to complete a drug test required for a new job. It was Friday evening after 6pm. Luckily there were no patients ahead of me so there was no wait time. A woman named Ashley was working the desk and a man named Louis was the technician. They were both very professional and courteous. I've been here twice and highly recommend coming here. The staff was able to accurately and quickly explain costs to me (I wasn't using insurance). The doctor and medical assistants were knowledgeable and gave great follow-up advice. I was in and out relatively quickly too, even with treatment.
