"Love my car and the experience!" Wanted a 4 seater convertible and there simply aren't many out there. Found out about the minis....and the rest, as they say, is history. Terry and Mike didn't sell me thing. Just let me peruse my options, and I ended up with a used (all of 10K in miles!) 2017 that I am truly in love with. "Honest and trustworthy sales and service!" Northwest Mini has been nothing but wonderful to us! They truly care about their customers and they are very honest. The service dept helped us earlier this year with our older Mini that needed clutch work. The work itself would have been over $3000 but they offered to sell us a service contract for about $1000 less than the cost of the repair that covered that and service for the next 3 years!
